We value our customers and are committed to providing the highest quality of service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products or services, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist you in any way we can.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. We offer other mounts and services upon request, and custom base quotes are also available upon request. Open mouths are available for an additional $300.00 depending on the mount.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can begin. Once the owner is notified of mount completion, they will have 30 days to make arrangements for payment completion (payment plans are available upon request). Once payment is made in full, the mount can be picked up at Twisted Bones Taxidermy or shipped at the customer's expense.
If arrangements for payment completion are not set in place after 30 days, there will be a storage fee of $50.00 per month applied to the remaining balance. After 6 months of non-payment, the mount then becomes the property of Twisted Bones Taxidermy.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse animals that are badly damaged. We can replace damaged capes at an additional charge, and animals without proper documentation will not be accepted.
